Invoice Inboxes

If your purchase order begins with 37, 42, 43, or 44, you may also submit your invoice via our OPS Community Partner Portal 23—24 (Login information should have been provided to you upon receipt of your first purchase order. Please contact the school’s Business Technician if you need a login.)

Community Partners will be required to complete the 2021-22 Community Partner Renewal form. Please have the following readily available to upload as an attachment.

  • Completed W-9 Form
  • COVID Prevention Plan (if planning to provide any in-person services)
  • Custodian of Records Confirmation Letter (if applicable)
  • TB Administration Verification for Employees (if planning to provide any in-person services)
  • Insurance Policy Accord or Coverage Summary with Pacific Charter Institute as Certificate Holder

Become a Community Partner with PCI and its family of schools! Complete the Pre-Check form to see where you stand. If you qualify, proceed, and complete the community partner application.

Education Code Section 45125

Education Code Section 45125.1 requires that an individual or entities providing services (community partners & community partner applicants) to public school students must be fingerprinted by the California Department of Justice for a criminal records check. The community partner applicant is required to fulfill this requirement at its expense. No such individual may be permitted to come in contact with students until the records check is complete. No individual with a record of conviction for a serious or violent felony may be assigned to perform services that will place them in contact with students.

Note: Contact with students includes and is not limited to physical, verbal, or virtual (online) contact.
